Join Our Team
After the interviewing process, we’ll make a hiring decision. If we offer you the job and you accept, you’ll enter the final stage of our process, which may include background checking, drug screens and physicals before we can determine a start date. Watch for instructions and follow our guidance to work through this process quickly.
Your First 90 Days
We begin to prepare for your first day before you step foot through our doors. Our Talent Team will walk you through an orientation and then your manager will introduce you to your new family here at Doe Run. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent experience, as well as the tools and resources you need to be successful.
